The pool was the perfect temperature and staff maded sure there were plenty of towels available. The layout of our roo was nice as we traveled with small children who were sleeping earlier than us so having beds closer to the windows was nice. The kitchen staff was so accommodating, part of had to leave at 6:15 am but breakfast isn't until 6:30, so I explained our situation and they were gracious enough to let us grab a plate to eat on the run...thank you Staff was very friendly and the morning staff even told my granddaughter good luck at her dance competition...very encouraging

The room was amazing and spacious. We were in town to see blues rock artist Anthony Gomes and needed alot of room to get ready/ dress/ do hair & makeup which we definitely had. After a night of rocking out, we came back to our room and lounged until we fell asleep in tbe most comfortable hotel beds in the world. The room was phenomenal overall, and the hotel staff was excellent! We asked for extra blankets and had them within 5 minutes!

It was okay for our needs. I will admit I chose the Holiday Inn Express because of the pool and hot tub. The hotel staff were very nice and the room met our needs for the 1 night we stayed.
